The MPFF Convention will begin on Monday, Sept. 25 at 12:00 pm.
The Convention will run from Monday until the end of business on Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2017
Opening Ceremonies will take place Monday at 12:00 pm. General session will begin at 1:00 pm.
It is recommended that vendors are set-up by 10:00 am in the designated vendor area.
Monday evening, we will be holding the President’s Dinner beginning with a social hour followed by dinner. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Tuesday. If you would like to join us for the food offerings, there is a cost of $85.00 per person.
Tables will be available for $100.00 each in the vendor area. Complimentary WI-FI access will be provided through the St. James Hotel. We will have the password printed on the vendor cards. If you would like your company logo on your vendor card, please submit your logo in a jpeg or word file to TCLARK@MPFF.ORG
A special conference rate of $125.00 plus tax for rooms will be available starting on June 18, 2017 at the St James Hotel. Individual room reservations can be made directly with the St James Hotel requesting the Minnesota Professional Fire Fighters group block. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due for each room reservation. This is due to the limited number of rooms (59) available at the hotel. Once the St James Hotel block is full, we will open the overflow hotel Nichols Inn ($100.00 plus tax). All reservations must be made by August 25, 2017 to guarantee your group room rate. All reservations made after that point will be based on availability and price set by the hotel(s).
